Every Member is REQUIRED to reserve their spot for all of our classes.
How to Reserve on our App:
- Click on our business "Move Fitness."
- Click on the Date you would like to reserve a class. Find the class time that works for you and click "Book"
- You will receive a text as a confirmation that you are in the class.
Now you are All Set to Workout!
How many classes can I Reserve:
You can book classes up to 2 week in advance!
Cancellations are super simple.
- Click on our App
- In the lower right corner is the client “Profile” icon, click the body icon.
- All of your reserved class times will appear on your screen. Click "Cancel" on the class you'd like to cancel & you will receive a confirmation saying you've canceled your booking on your screen & you will also receive a text message for confirmation.
** If you have any issues canceling your reservation, please send a text to 657-234-5606 to warn us of the issue - so we will be warned that you will not show up to the class. Not notifying us that you cannot cancel your reservation may cause us to bill you for a “No Show.” **
Cancellations must be done 1 hour prior to the original book time.
If an emergency came up or if you are sick, you will need to notify us by text message, not by telephone - so that you are not charged for a "No Show" fee. Any notification after the 1 hour will be considered late & a late fee will be charged.
*Written proof has been a way to avoid any issues with this process, so we hope you understand that these policies are in place to avoid being charged.*
Yes. Clients will be charged a late fee of $5 for being a "No Show" or for Late Canceling their reservation.
Clients are required to have a General Membership to use our NEW EXCLUSIVE Gym.
When you go to your profile on our App, "Your Passes" should mention our "All Access Pass" Membership. If it does not, you are not paying for this added service & must add-on this to gain Access to the Gym.
Gym Hours are provided in our Programs Tab.
Clients must walk in and out of the Gym with a Mask on. If you have an appointment with a trainer that will require you to meet in our Office(s), a mask is required to be worn as well.
Please provide your own towel and water for each workout. Towels & Water may be purchased at our studio. If you would like to bring your own mat, you may.
Clients must have proper hygiene, we understand that people sweat; but we ask that you take extra precaution to have cleanliness - otherwise, you may be asked to leave.
If clients would like to wear a mask, they may - but it is not required.
(We will not be providing masks.)
No congregating inside for the time being. We want to avoid overcrowding, while waiting for the previous class to end. As much as we love having you here, we ask that you wait & chat outdoors, not inside the Gym
You may be asked to verify/sign our new waiver on your 1st class, so please double check with us before you leave.
Kids are only allowed in our Gym(s) if they are signed up for a Membership and joining the classes.
We require children that are not in High School yet to have their parent(s) in the class with them. Children that are in High School can work out alone.
Please note that Parent/Guardian must come in with the child(ren) for their first class in order to sign our liability waiver if they are under the age of 18.
18 years+ does not need parental consent.
All pauses and contract modifications must be done through email and not verbally through your trainer to avoid any miscommunication.
Our membership policy states that members are responsible to notify us by email, Info@MoveFitness.Fit, the dates that you are requesting a leave of absence. This notice must be sent prior to their billing date/prior to going on that leave of absence. Members will not get credit for backdating, if you did not send us a notification email. No other forms of pausing will be valid or accepted.

Our membership policy states that members are responsible to notify us by email, Info@MoveFitness.Fit, with a 10 days notice of their billing date.
Please note that if you cancel, you will not be able to keep your grandfathered rate when you return. New membership rates will be applied. There is a flat fee of $200.00 to cancel our 3-,6-, and 12-Month Agreements early if you are still under contract.
