We provide a challenging and safe program focused on losing weight and adding lean muscle. Our High Intensity, Low Impact workouts leads to sustainable and measurable results. The Trainers provide Motivation and Direction to get you to your Goal without Injury.

We Alternate Muscle Groups - Upper Body, Cardio/Core & Legs

Full Body Workout


Saturday :  30 minute classes, Do 1 Class or Do them ALL! 

7:30 AM - Biceps & Triceps

8:00 AM - Chest & Back

8:30 AM - Legs & Shoulders

9:00 AM - Abs & Glutes
